Chelmsford City Council has launched a consultation in relation to the updated Local Plan for the area. This Local Plan review contains proposals for new areas of development both within the City Centre and in surrounding areas and a summary can be found in the Local Plan Review newsletter
There will also be exhibitions for residents at the Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford as follows:
- 27th February 2025 6pm – 8pm
- 28th February 2025 2pm – 4pm
- 1st March 2025 10am to 12noon
